Fees and Registration

Conference Fees

  • Final registration, author fee: T. B. A.
  • Listener fee: T. B. A.
  • Additional paper (2nd, 3rd…): T. B. A.
  • Co-authors participating in the Conference: T. B. A.
  • PhD students (with confirmation): T. B. A.

The first author in the paper pays a full registration fee, while the second and subsequent authors pay a “Co-author” fee. If the first author is not able to attend the conference, the second or subsequent author must pay a full registration fee.

Conference fee includes:

  • Conference materials
  • Conference proceedings

At least one author must register for each accepted paper to be included in the conference program. Registration is also required for all participants attending the conference.

Registration fee includes the Conference Program and the Book of Abstracts (with an ISBN number), conference proceedings, and other conference materials. It also includes a welcome reception, coffee breaks, and a gala dinner during the conference.

Accommodation is not included. Contact the hotel directly.

To register, you should complete the online registration form and pay the registration fee via bank transfer.

The registration fee must be received by the deadline to be included in the conference program and the book of abstracts.

Invoices will be handed to you at the conference. If you do not inform us otherwise, we will put your name and university/affiliation on the invoice.
